Hermes

Integrations

How Hermes connects to Shopify, your ad platforms, social graphs and the rest of your stack to close the attribution loop.

Hermes connects to the systems where your revenue and your creators already live, then closes the loop between them. Every integration exists to answer one question with first-party data: which creator and which channel actually drove the sale. As a Shopify Partner, the store connection is the foundation everything else builds on.

The core connections

Shopify

The system of truth for orders and revenue. Gifts ship as real orders through your existing fulfillment, and attribution is read directly from order data. No pixel guesswork, no separate ledger to reconcile.

Ad platforms

Connect Meta and TikTok to sync spend and results into Hermes. Paid partnerships and whitelisted creator ads land in the same view as gifting and affiliate, so blended cost and return are visible at once.

Social graphs

Pull creator content, audience size, and engagement to source new partners and verify the ones you have. Match creators to your audience by niche and past performance before you spend a dollar.

Affiliate links & codes

Issue trackable links and discount codes that resolve to specific creators. Redemptions tie back to Shopify orders, so affiliate revenue is attributed with the same first-party precision as everything else.

How Shopify powers gifting and attribution

When you send a gift, Hermes creates a real order in Shopify. It moves through your normal fulfillment, inventory, and shipping flow, which means gifting is operationally identical to a paid sale. When that creator's audience buys, those orders carry the signals Hermes needs to credit the right partner.

  1. 01A gift is sent and posts as a Shopify order tied to the creator.
  2. 02The creator publishes, and their audience shops with a link or code that maps back to them.
  3. 03Resulting orders flow into Hermes and are attributed to the creator and the channel.
  4. 04Spend from connected ad platforms is layered in to produce true return on the partnership.

Closing the loop

Each integration contributes one side of the equation. Shopify supplies revenue, ad platforms supply cost, and social graphs supply reach and content. Hermes joins them on a single record per creator, so you stop stitching exports together and start reading first-party attribution straight from the source.

Built for enterprise stacks

Provisioning, access control, and data residency for these connections are covered on the Security & scale page.
