Hermes

The operating system

How Hermes is built: one creator record underneath every channel, an execution engine on top, and attribution that closes the loop.

Most brands run influence as three disconnected programs. Paid partnerships live in one tool, gifting in a spreadsheet, affiliate in a third dashboard with its own login. The same creator exists three times, in three places, with no shared history and no shared number at the bottom. Hermes collapses that into one system with one record underneath every channel.

Three layers, one system

An operating system is not a folder of features. It is a foundation that everything else runs on, so that each part makes the others stronger. Hermes is built in three layers: the creator record at the base, an execution engine on top, and attribution that ties every action back to revenue.

The record

One creator record sits under paid, gifting, and affiliate. It holds profile, audience, content, full history, and revenue contribution across all three channels. Nothing is duplicated, nothing is lost when a campaign ends.

The execution engine

Sourcing, outreach sequences, briefs, contracts, gifting fulfillment, tracked codes and links, and payouts. Every action you take on a creator runs on top of their record and writes back to it.

Attribution

First-party attribution via Shopify, ad-platform sync, and tracked codes and links closes the loop. Each post, code, and partnership maps to attributed GMV and blended ROAS, on the same record that produced it.

Why this beats point tools bolted together

When you stitch four tools together, the seams are where the value leaks. A creator who converted through an affiliate code last quarter looks like a cold lead to your gifting tool this quarter. Spend gets double-counted or lost. No one can answer the only question that matters: which relationships actually drive revenue, across everything you do with them.

Because Hermes shares one record and one attribution model, the answer is always live. You see a creator's total contribution across paid, gifting, and affiliate in one place, and you decide where to spend next from real numbers instead of guesses.

Operating system, not suite

A suite is several products sold together that still keep separate data. An operating system shares one data model and one revenue truth, so the whole is worth more than the parts. That is the difference Hermes is built on: not more tools, but one place where influence runs as a single revenue engine.
